Carbon-fiber weave, forged-carbon pattern, flake placement, reflection, texture, and finish can vary between individual products.

Reasonable natural material variation does not necessarily constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their:

Phone model
Intended installation
Intended use

CarbonERA compatibility and dimensional information should be reviewed before purchasing.

PRICES

Prices may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), or another supported local currency, depending on the customer's market and Shopify Checkout settings. The final currency, price, taxes, and total displayed during checkout control the transaction.

Prices, inventory, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change.

The price and final amount displayed through Shopify Checkout control the transaction.

Applicable taxes and optional paid expedited or express shipping charges may be calculated during checkout.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

If CarbonERA cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded through the supported payment process.

PAYMENTS

SHIPPING — UNITED STATES & CANADA

CarbonERA currently ships to supported addresses within the United States and Canada.

CarbonERA provides Free Standard Shipping to supported addresses within the United States and Canada.

Optional expedited or express shipping may be offered for an additional charge where available.

Canadian orders may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges where required.

Shipping is governed by the CarbonERA Shipping Policy.

30-DAY RETURNS

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility, return shipping, refunds, damaged products, cancellations, and other return procedures are governed by the CarbonERA Return, Refund & Lifetime Manufacturing-Defect Warranty Policy.

LIFETIME MANUFACTURING-DEFECT WARRANTY

CarbonERA provides the original purchaser with a Lifetime Manufacturing-Defect Warranty covering qualifying defects in materials or workmanship during normal and intended use for the reasonable service life of the product.

The warranty does not cover circumstances including normal wear, accidental damage, impact damage, misuse, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repair, or reasonable natural variation in carbon-fiber or forged-carbon appearance.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes and offers may:

Apply only to selected products
Have eligibility requirements
Have expiration dates
Have usage limits
Be unavailable with certain other offers

The final price shown during Shopify Checkout controls the transaction.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers may use Shopify-powered Customer Accounts where available.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account access.
