30-day returns for eligible items

Customized items require artwork and design approval before production. Because they are personalized, change-of-mind return eligibility may differ from standard stocked products. Consult the published Refund Policy and the relevant product details; applicable consumer rights still apply.

Qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship may be covered under Carbon Era's lifetime manufacturing-defect warranty.
